About the Primary Care Travel Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner opportunity

• Solo Provider model once trained on EMR and Navigation System so several years of Primary Care experience is required
• Company has over 5 years of experience in the Home Health Provider Model
• Each Provider has a territory with very reasonable travel from home and gas stipend
• State of the Art mapping system and scheduling makes visits easy
• Medical kit with Otoscope, hot spot, ear lavage, and suture removal kit provided
• Athena EMR
• Corporate office with Provider support- Nurse Navigators, Scribes and Medical Assistants
• Patient visits scheduled each day average is 8-11 but depends on type. One hour is allowed for a first intake visit
• Annual Wellness Exams, Chronic disease management, Post Hospital follow up visit, and Telehealth visits
• Lab, cardiac monitoring, home therapy, x-ray and ultrasound are all arranged via corporate scheduling

Requirements of the Primary Care Travel Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner opportunity

• Completed Masters Level training as a PA or NP
• Over one year of experience in hospital or outpatient Primary Care
• Board certification
• New Jersey State Medical License
• Interest in working with all ages but experience with Geriatric population is a bonus
• Ability to navigate a schedule and meet deadlines
• Strong Technology ability and efficient use of time for daily notes
• Enjoy travel and flexible schedule each day
