About the PMHNP opportunity

• Large campus with several clinic locations

• EMR – Credible

• See patients post hospitalization for follow up and medicine management during transition to community, scheduled 

• medication follow ups, and intakes

• About 70% of patients have substance abuse and addiction issues along with Mental illness

• LCSW, RN, and Psychiatrist on team

• Adult only

Requirements of the PMHNP opportunity

• Masters Degree training in Psychiatry and Mental Health

• Clinical experience in training or work with strong focus in Addiction Medicine

• Florida license as PMHNP

• Deep interest in Community Mental Health

• Willingness to work with a team

• Busy daily schedule – Monday- Friday

• MAT experience

• Phone call every 11 week
