Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity with Niche Mental Health Practice with focus on Depression Care related to Chronic Medical Disease. Physician and team are dedicated to holistic approach and patient centered care.
About the Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner opportunity
- Team approach to patients with chronic refractory Depression
- No Narcotics no Benzodiazopenes
- Evidence based proven approach that is individualized for each patient

- Flexible schedule – can do 4- 10 hour days
- Physical Therapy available in office
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy
- PA, NP, or PMHNP will see patients for 15 minute follow ups or 30 minute appointments alternating with Physician
- Morning huddle meeting with team
- Genetic testing
- Full 1 ½ break each day for lunch
- No weekend hours
Requirements of the Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner opportunity
- Graduate with Master’s Degree
- Washington State Medical License
- National Certification
- Proven interest in Impacts of Chronic Disease and Mental Health in clinical Practice
- Encouraging and kind manner with ability to help facilitate patients along a medical treatment process lasting months
- Strong documentation skills in EMR
- Interest in team approach with TMS, PT, Medication, and lifestyle changes

- Base salary starting at $130,000
- Medical Insurance- 75% covered by Practice

- CME allowance $2000 with 4 days off
- 7 office holidays
- Flexible hours- work 4- 10 hour days or 5- 8 hour days
