Clinical Psychologist for inpatient Hospital opportunity near Green Bay Wisconsin. Join a Strategic Behavioral Health Network facility with focus on Mental Health Care in the acute setting.

About the Psychologist opportunity

·        Individual and Group Psychotherapy sessions daily

·        Diagnose, create psychological assessments, and develop treatment plan for hospitalized patients.

·        Average patient stay is 7 days

·        Inpatient program with structured, therapeutic environment and community and outpatient support following discharge

·        Team approach to care with great team of Psychiatrists, PMHNP, LCSW, Therapists

·        Treat patients with Bipolar disease, schizophrenia, Addiction, Psychosis, Anxiety disorder and Severe Depression

·        Patients tend to be high acuity suicidal, homicidal, with court order or self or family led admission

·        See children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients

·        Full time position- Monday-Friday

·        Supervision of other members of the team

Requirements of the Psychologist opportunity

·        Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology

·        License in State of Wisconsin

·        2 years of experience in inpatient setting

·        Comfort working with Mental Health acuity and understanding of deescalating techniques

·        Desire to work with team to create best outcomes for patients and families encountered each day
