About the Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist opportunity

• Team of 2 Child Psychiatrists, 4 PMHNPs, and Case Managers provide Holistic Care

• Full time is 37 ½ hours each week 

• Both Telepsychiatry and face to face visits

• No weekends or evenings

• No call

• See patients for care for ADD, Anxiety Disorder, Autism, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, PTSD, Eating Disorders, and more

• Assessment, Diagnosis, and Developing comprehensive care including Med Management

• Clinical supervision and leadership

• Weekly interdisciplinary meetings

• Outstanding work culture with clinical team and support team focused on providing whole person care for children and adolescents with acute and chronic mental health challenges

Requirements of the Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist opportunity

• Virginia State License Board Certification in General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

• Interest in trends and reporting findings to inhouse and professional networks

• Training and mission interest in care for children and adolescents with lack of insurance and support

• Interest in Addiction and substance abuse treatment

• Strong communication with team, school, and families

• EMR use- Credible
